Pearce and Silver: Require that bidders register prior to bidding. Bidders attending the live auction in person will pay a 10% buyers premium. If an attending bidder pays with credit card there will be a 13% buyers premium. All internet bidders will pay a 16% buyer’s premium. Internet bidders who pay by cash or check in person will receive a 3% discount on the buyers premium. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and packaging and will be responsible for same directly to the shipper. A shipper shall be selected by Pearce and Silver who is local and can handle the project. All items must be paid for in full either the day of the sale or the very next day by 4pm February 4th, 2016. Late payment will be assessed a late payment fee of 5% of the hammer price not less than $10.00 per lot. On acceptance of a bid by the hammer and/or auctioneer declaration as sold, a contract of sale is made between the seller and buyer. All lots must be removed from the premises by noon on February 4th, 2016, after which time items will be placed in storage at the buyer’s risk and expense. Items may be picked up from that location, approximately 10 miles from auction site, by appointment only by calling 509-844-3344 until noon on the 5th of February 2016. Any items not collected by noon February 5th, 2016 will be subject to a storage fee of $2.00 per day per lot. No items may be removed until paid for in full with good merchantable U.S. funds. Buyer assumes all responsibility for risk, damage, or loss from the declaration of sold. Employees and agents of Pearce and Silver shall not be liable for any loss or damage from and after that time. Non payment of the full purchase price shall allow Pearce and Silver, as an agent for the seller in its absolute discretion and without notice to buyer, to implement the following remedy: Resell the lot by private or public sale with the buyer liable for any deficiency. Pearce and Silver will not be responsible for any problems relating to telephone, fax, or internet connection in submitting bids remotely. Online bidders expressly consent to the recording of their bidding session. “As Is” disclaimer: All lots are sold “As Is/Where Is” without any expressed or implied warranty. Pearce and Silver are not authenticators and although we have made efforts to describe items accurately to the best of our limited ability, buyers are buying the specific described contents of each lot number and nothing more. Some lot photos show extra items. If not described in the title, they are not included. Some lots show feathers with the items, the feathers will not be sold or offered with the items except for domestic and game bird feathers. Some lots pictured may be withdrawn prior to sale for legal reasons. Buyers are relying solely on their own observations and conclusions with regard to what they are purchasing.
