ALABAMA POWER COMPANY HUNTING LAND LEASE AUCTION
Pearce & Associates is conducting an ONLINE Auction for Alabama Power Company for leasing hunting rights to land in the State of Alabama. The auction includes lease rights for hunting land in (6) Alabama Counties including Shelby, Chilton, Coosa, Tallapoosa, Randolph and Walker Counties.
The auction is tentatively scheduled to begin in early March, 2025 and end mid April. Check back as we are preparing additional information about the properties and processes for potential bidders.
About Pearce & Associates. Pearce & Associates is a private contractor used by Alabama Power Company to sell properties declared as surplus. Over the last 6 years, we have successfully sold 100% of the properties offered up for auction by the Power Company. Those include hundreds of vacant lots, land tracts and commercial offices and warehouses throughout the State of Alabama. This is the first auction by Pearce & Associates for Alabama Power Company to sell the leasing rights to hunting properties in the State of Alabama.
