Pickup and Payment - Wednesday, January 29th and Thursday, January 30th from 10:00am - 3:00pm ONLY
PLEASE NOTE: THE CONTAINER WITH MOST OF THE ITEMS IS BEING PICKED UP ON JAN. 31st! ALL ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON TIME WILL BE SET ON PALLETS OUTSIDE OF THE WAREHOUSE AT THE END OF PICKUP ON THE 30TH.
- There will not be a cash box on site at the pickup location. If you want to pay with cash, you must bring EXACT CHANGE unless you go pay at our office (720 Fulton Springs Rd. Alabaster, AL 35007) before coming to pick up at the Hatching Hope Warehouse.
- Monica can accept checks, credit card payments, or exact change on site.
- Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express. There will be a 3% Card fee added to your invoice total if you use your Card
ALL Payments must be made no later than January 30th. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for all invoices that are not paid by 3:00 on January 30th.
** Due to the number of invoices that continue to not get picked up on time and the impact that it is having both on Hatching Hope as well as our ability to work on their next auction, there are new pick-up guidelines that will be strictly enforced going forward. Please see Lot #2 for additional information. **
- This organization has hired us to have these items removed by the listed dates. Buyers are responsible for paying for the items they win no matter what, so please make sure you will be able to make arrangements to pick up items BEFORE you begin bidding. We cannot guarantee that the items will be available for pickup after the designated pick-up days for this auction; nor can we guarantee that any auction managers will be available to accommodate alternate pick-up times at off-site auctions.
- There will be a $5/day storage fee for any invoices that are not picked up on the designated pickup days. Please contact Monica at (205) 664-4300 BEFORE the auction is over if you have a scheduling conflict with either of those days.
- SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.
This auction is for a local nonprofit disaster relief organization. Most of the items are overstock, return, and/or other donations. Many of the items are new and working, however, please note any of the cosmetic damage before bidding. Everything is being sold AS-IS and will be available for inspection on January 28th. Contact Monica if you have any further questions about specific items/lots.
General Auction Information:
- There is a 15% buyer's premium.
- This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00.

Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction. - This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item another 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.
