Pearce & Associates Auction Company in Shelby County Alabama is conducting a "private, by invitation only online auction of (16) 2005 & 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Police SUV’s.
These vehicles are "equipped" as police vehicles and include: Light Bars, Sirens, Partitions, Stripes and other options that may be found in a law enforcement vehicle. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a fully equipped Police Vehicle for your Law Enforcement Agency.
All vehicles were purchased "New" by the City of Hoover and have been "Well Maintained" by the City of Hoover Fleet Maintenance Facility.

BIDDING REQUIREMENTS.
1. You must be a Government Institution such as a Municipality, City, County, State or Government Law enforcement agency to participate. We will also accept registration from Certified Police Vehicle Dealers as long as we have documentation to verify your licensure.
2. Vehicles are sold with Law Enforcement Equipment upgrades and stripes.
3. There is a minimum starting bid of $10,000, plus a 10% buyers premium ($11,000 total) for each vehicle. Once a bid has been placed, each vehicle will sell "Absolute" to the last and highest online bidder.
4. INSPECTION: All vehicles may be inspected in person at the facilities of Pearce & Associates located at 720 Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster, Shelby County, Alabama. We encourage all bidders to inspect the vehicles so that you can be fully informed as to the condition. ALL vehicles are believed to be in good, operating condition and been driven to the Pearce sale facility.
5. Winning bidders must pay for their purchases within 10 days of the auctions end. Payment by Certified Funds or Bank Wire Transfer. Government agencies within the State of Alabama my pay by check. Vehicles may remain in our storage for up to 30 days after payment has been received.
