Pickup and Payment - Friday, March 7th and Monday, March 10th from 10:00am - 3:00pm ONLY
- There will not be a cash box on site at the pickup location. If you want to pay with cash, you must bring EXACT CHANGE unless you go pay at our office (720 Fulton Springs Rd. Alabaster, AL 35007) before coming to pick up at the Hatching Hope Warehouse.
- Monica can accept checks, credit card payments, or exact change on site.
- Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Card and Money Wire. We accept Mastercard, Discover and Visa up to $2,500/Invoice. We do not accept American Express. There will be a 3% Card fee added to your invoice total if you use your Card
ALL Payments must be made no later than March 10th. Failure to do so can result in being blocked from bidding in future auctions. The card on file will be charged for all invoices that are not paid by 3:00 on March 10th.
** Due to the number of invoices that continue to not get picked up on time and the impact that it is having both on Hatching Hope as well as our ability to work on their next auction, there are new pick-up guidelines that will be strictly enforced going forward. Please see Lot #2 for additional information. **
- This organization has hired us to have these items removed by the listed dates. Buyers are responsible for paying for the items they win no matter what, so please make sure you will be able to make arrangements to pick up items BEFORE you begin bidding. We cannot guarantee that the items will be available for pickup after the designated pick-up days for this auction; nor can we guarantee that any auction managers will be available to accommodate alternate pick-up times at off-site auctions.

- SHIPPING WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION.
This auction is for a local nonprofit disaster relief organization. Most of the items are overstock, return, and/or other donations. Many of the items are new and working, however, please note any of the cosmetic damage before bidding. Everything is being sold AS-IS and will be available for inspection on March 6th. - This auction features a staggered ending that will show up on the final day(s) of the auction. The exact time left on each lot will show up on the website. Please note: Bidding does NOT end on ALL of the items at 7:00.

Staggered Closing: Auctions that begin to close and progress at a certain rate of lots instead of at one specific time. For example, an auction will close five lots every five minutes beginning at a certain time. This will be listed in the terms of the auction. - This auction also features the 5 minute bid extension. If a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, it extends that item another 5 minutes and continues extending every time a bid is placed within the 5 minute countdown.

You, the purchaser are responsible for inspecting the assets in person and making your own determination as to the condition of the item you are bidding on. The only exemption is non Alabama residents which require an Alabama drive out form to be executed by the purchaser and licensed Alabama Automobile Dealers. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and thecomputer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.This auction has what is called an auto extend feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 5 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend for 5 minutes. The bidding will extendin 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there areno more bids, and the lot sits idle for 5 minutes.
